Executive chef Scott Grewe has worked at some of New York City’s best restaurants, including Jean-Georges and Charlie Palmer’s Aureole. First course (choice of):

• little gem lettuce (strawberries, almonds, asparagus, balsamic vinegar)
• green pea soup (carrot, mint, buttermilk)
• spring onion gnocchi (crème fraîche, dill)

Second course (choice of):

• short ribs (ramps, wild mushrooms, cheddar crepe)
• pappardelle primavera (spring vegetables, parmesan)
• pan seared bluefish (wild rice, snap peas, green curry)
• gently smoked & grilled salmon (caraway potatoes, spring garlic sauce)
• roast chicken breast (flat beans, sunflower, preserved lemon)

Third course (choice of):

• baked alaska (strawberries, pistachio)
• crème brûlée (fresh berries, rhubarb juice)
• chocolate mousse crunch
• assortment of house ice creams

REFUND POLICY: Due to restaurant deposit and guarantee requirements, cancellations for dinners are accepted up to ONE WEEK prior to the event. If you cancel 4-6 days prior, you will receive a credit toward a future event, but there will be no refunds for cancellations made 3 days or sooner for dinners.

Ticketed events (tours, shows, ANY non-dinner event) are non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
