It was our founders relationship with Richard Sandoval that created the bond we have had with all of his incredible restaurants. Our menuceviche de camaron- octopus, bay scallops, shrimp, red onion, cilantro; quesadilla de pascado- red snapper, oaxaca cheese, crema fresca, salsa; mixed greens- cranberries, caramelized almonds, goat cheese, spicy balsamic vinaigrette; salmon with sweet potato puree, sauteed kale, abodo beuree blanc, espuma; pan seared chicken with chipotle-mulatu pepper rub , roasted cauliflower puree; grilled skirt steak, corn on the cob, grilled cactus, wild mushrooms, mash potatoes and dessert.
